Unlock intelligence potential in the early years. The family that learns together grows together. Choosing what to learn is an essential strategy to consider when desiring to build a thriving family and drug free kids. There are unknown dangers facing our children today. The insidiousness and ever increasing likelihood our children will encounter the opportunity to use illicit drugs before they reach middle school is alarming.

This is why my wife Joana and I are so committed to creating the Convergence System which allows young families to benefit from the 50+ years of experience we've gained through the medical model and non-profit sector.

One of our concerns we have in working with so many families is the younger families typically want to put off thinking about prevention until later, parents say, "We will address the subject of drugs when it makes more sense not while the kids are so young". It can be easy to sympathize with this sentiment since as parents we have so much more control over our children's environment when they are younger. This is why the earlier we can learn what to watch for the more effective we can be at prevention. It is so easy to underestimate the dangerous elements creeping in undetected if we remain unaware of what to watch out for.

The deviant subculture of drug and alcohol abuse is insidious and highly pervasive in American society, this is what makes it so critical to learn the essential strategies. Learning to employ the right strategies as a family at the right time in the right way is what prevention is all about. The strategies, skills, mindset needed to succeed in life and remain drug free are learnable and transferable to other areas. Learning this essential set of strategies, skills, and mindset needed to navigate the prevailing culture successfully without falling prey to the drug and alcohol death trap are needed now more than ever.

Failing to learn the essential strategies and transferring them to our children and expecting them to succeed is like trying to breath underwater and expecting not to drown. Without learning to employ the essential strategies for success the alternative is to cross our fingers and live in constant fear of our kids being cut down with overdose or addiction.

America is at risk of loosing an entire generation to an upside down culture bent on corrupting our children.
