To become fully engaged we must face the fact that we are in a battle. The battle has a relentless enemy that is desiring to trip up our kids and steal their futures and even their lives if possible.

In earlier posts I have voiced grave concern for the times we are living in and I feel compelled once again to take this space to sound the alarm of the disintegration of our society. The surmounting pressures distressing the traditional nuclear family of America today is alarming to say the least. It's been said before but it bears repeating that it is high time we enter the fight for our children and the youth of our nation. If not us then who? If not now then when? Today is the day to enter into the battle and go all in for our children and the soul of this nation.

The battle is not for the faint of heart. The battle will take place on multiple fronts and is not one we can win in isolation, we will need others who are like minded who are engaged in the battle along side of us. This battle will require something from each of us.

The battle has a deceptive and insidious enemy who is playing for keeps and wants to kill our children. This is not overstating the facts or using fear tactics, that is the truth. I promise you this enemy wants to kill your children with one pill at one party, first time use.

The battle is not against alcohol or substances themselves.

The battle is not against alcohol or the substances the drugs are made up of. The battle is against the spirit behind the substances. The spirit of this age is seeking to devour our children and drag them down into an early grave by seducing them into all sorts deception. The chemicals and substances are merely the bait to take them captive, but if we think for a minute all we have to do is pray, have faith, and it will all just be taken care of we are only deceiving ourselves.

The enemy is relentless and never sleeps.

While it's true we must fight on our knees in prayer, we must also be prepared to engage and take massive action. Winning this battle will require each of us to fight hand-in-hand alongside each other to combat the deceptive and insidious enemy by becoming fully engaged.
